Customer service was always attentive as the process of making a bobble head is time consuming. It arrived unbelievably packed twice so neatly and durable. It arrived safe and sound. Highly recommended as this is truly an unique gift.

I bought the bobble head as a 50th birthday gift, the likeness was absolutely spot on, the whole experience was fantastic. I was sent photos for approval at every stage and the end product was well worth the cost. The receiver was absolutely delighted. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely buy from them again.
