Will my bobblehead look exactly like my photo?
Bobbleheads are artistic, hand-sculpted caricatures designed to capture your likeness in a fun and personalized style.
While an exact replica is not possible, our artists focus on recreating key facial features, expressions, hairstyles, and overall appearance for the best resemblance possible.
What if I'm not satisfied with the likeness?
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
When you receive your proof photos, you may request revisions before approval. Our artists will work with you to improve the likeness and capture the most important facial features.
Because each piece is handmade, some artistic variation is normal.
Why can't I upload my photos?
This is usually caused by file size or file format limitations.
If you're having trouble uploading photos, simply email them to service@bobblegifts.com and we'll add them to your order manually.

Can I use one photo for the face and another for the body?

Additional side-angle photos can be helpful but are not required.

Can I see a preview before placing my order?
No. Since every bobblehead is custom-made, production begins only after an order is placed.
For standard orders, we will send proof photos during the sculpting process for your review and approval before finalizing the figure.
Please note: 3-Day Rush Orders do not include proof photos in order to meet the expedited timeline.
How does the proofing process work?
During production, we'll send proof photos for your review.
You may request adjustments before approval, and our artists will make revisions whenever possible.
To avoid delays, we recommend replying within 48hours. If we don't hear back, production will continue automatically.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Customs policies vary by country.
Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
What if my bobblehead arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of:

Each bobblehead is carefully packed in a protective gift box with protective cushioning materials to help ensure safe delivery.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible before your order ships.
Once the package has been dispatched, address changes may no longer be possible.
What is your cancellation policy?
Because every bobblehead is custom-made, orders may be changed or canceled before production begins.
Once sculpting has started, cancellation or major design changes may not be possible.

What makes a good photo?
Please upload clear, front-facing photos with good lighting. The face should be easy to see, with no heavy shadows, blur, filters, or sunglasses.
