Refund Policy

It generally takes us up to 5-7 business days to process a refund.

Refund will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service Representatives, do not send it back without letting us know. Please contact us for the new shipping address after approval to send it back, we do not take any responsibility if you use a different address without our confirmation.

Full Refund

We offer a full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault, please contact our customer service representatives as soon as you can. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or the customer’s fault cannot apply for a refund.

Partial Refund

Customers will get a partial refund for returned items if some original parts missing or stained、damaged after arrival. Please provide all the proof with details and our responsible team will reply to you in 48 hours.

Return Policy

Style, Size, and Photo Changes

For Made-to-Order Personalized Products, we may not be able to cancel or change your order once your items have been put into production. This would mean that the molding and shaping has started. To cancel or change it, would mean a charge of 40% restocking fee based on the item's price, because the item is made to order and can no longer be sold as new. Restocking fee often includes raw material used, human cost, and the handling fee.

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address, please send us via Email: support@bobblegifts.co.uk an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address up until your order leaves our facility!

Damaged/Misprinted Items

If we sent the wrong order or item(s), or you received any broken items, Please Contact Us via Email: support@bobblegifts.co.uk , and attach clear photos of the items that represent a quality issue, we will give you a full refund. It should be noted that our products will undergo STRICT QUALITY INSPECTION before shipment. Due to the damage caused by FORCE MAJEURE FACTORS (weather, transportation process, etc.), we will negotiate with you for a partial refund, please be aware.

Sculpting, especially when the subject is a human, is a very subjective process. It is an art, not a science. Since all the sculpting is done based on photographs (which may or may not be good likenesses of the subject), the quality of the photo provided is very important in achieving a strong likeness. But even with a good photo, because of the subjectivity involved with the art of sculpting, some people may see a strong resemblance to the person, and others may not. With a good photo however, we should be able to obtain a good likeness with our specially-trained artists.

We are not able to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for any other reasons except for those listed above, because our products are all personalized, which takes an extraordinary amount of time of our skilled craftsmen.

Please note that the following reasons are NOT covered by our Return/Exchange Policy, and we are not liable for these issues.

☆Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
☆Personal Reasons due to changed mind, personal taste, etc.
☆Personalized items are one-of-a-kind, it cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged.

Please allow up to 72 hours for your refund to process once our warehouse receives the returned product. Your bank statement will reflect a change in 7-10 business days.
