Very attentive service, however end product was a let down. Paid extra for customisation but only some provided. Its a lot of money to spend to get something not professionally finished. Bit sad as the main part of the product was good. The base was meant to represent the map of the world.... gosh even a two year old could have painted better.
I bought this for my brother as a birthday present and he was thrilled with it! I can’t thank the team enough, pleasant correspondence and fast turn around and great dedication to detail! I’ve just ordered another one for my nephew 😀 well done team 🏆
I think they could take a bit longer getting the faces right not just close looking.

I have ordered 5 different orders and each one from the pics I have received look great and where sone changes required were met with obligingly and promptly. Can’t wait to see them when finished. Everyone has been so helpful.
