Order issue

Overall the quality was excellent and was very happy with my order...the packaging was dented on arrival and the presentation box was torn down one side, after taking the protective wrapping of only to discover one of the arms was broken off i felt it would be to much hassle returning item a small drop of superglue sorted the issue it just took a little shine of the order but my wife loved it so didnt feel the need to take issue any further
