After numerous emails backwards and forwards they just could not quite get the look of the people. To be fair we did not have side on photos so that may have improved them. It’s probably my fault as I expected too much. The end product was very well made and if it was closer to looking like the recipients I would have been extremely happy. However they did try.
This was a gift for a very grateful couple. This is the second bobble head I have purchased. They're great fun.
