Inconsistent quality compared to past experience

I ordered six custom bobble heads after having a great experience with a previous order. Unfortunately, this order was disappointing.

Multiple figures did not resemble the reference photos, and several items were delivered with incorrect bases that were not what I ordered. The products were shipped without final confirmation despite detailed feedback being provided beforehand.

While the figures are handmade, the final result did not reflect the level of care or accuracy I expected for the price. Based on this experience, I would recommend future buyers request very clear confirmations before shipment.

Thank you for the bobble head of my daughter, the communication throughout the build was great and the likeness is perfect. It was delivered really fast as well. Many thanks
