I had such high hopes for this seeing the reviews and the pictures in their website.

I wanted a bobblehead for a present, I sent in more than the 2 requested pictures. The first proof that came back looked nothing like me at all, the eyes were almost nightwalker from game of thrones blue (I have blue/grey eyes) my face is covered in freckles and there was not one on the bobblehead. Also my lips were alot larger than they are in real life!
There were quite a few discrepancies, I went the proof back with more pictures and details of what needed to be changed.

The second proof came back and the eyes were still bright blue even though I specifically said more grey than blue, there were freckles on my apples of my cheeks but none over my nose or forehead, the second proof came and I had no neck (I have a neck and a jaw line) all in all we went back and forth around 6 times and in a the end I gave up. They were not understanding the direction or the one if around 15 photos that I sent.

The bobblehead is here it looks nothing like me! I paid close to £100 with shipping the eyes are still nightwalker blue, I have nasal folds and jowls that are so pronounced it is laughable! I only hope that the person can see the funny side.

Really good, lots of communication, showed progress pictures of it being made so can make adjustments, overall results very nice
