Recently ordered a bobblehead for my father as a christmas present. Jessica and Lucy were amazing at communicating and worked hard to provide me exactly what I wanted. Communication was great and they changed some areas on request.
Only issue was upon opening, the fragile dental chair we had snapped off. Fortunately, it was a clean break and nothing a little glue can't fix.
