Good communication

I was a little sceptical once I realised the item was shipped from China. However I needn’t have worried, communication with Jessica was excellent and she added the little touches I wanted on the model. Only one small criticism, the woolly hat looked more like a helmet(!) bur apart from that the likeness was good and I am pleased with the result.
