Wont listen to you i ordered a few items and the things they comw up with over clear prciae instruction was ignored at every point and they juat did random things very frustrating and disappointing.

Lovely product in the end and really happy in came speedy and earlier than expected during Christmas.

Only problem was, didn't feel i was listened to, my clear instructions, however when rectified it was near perfect my GF loved it looks just like him, the only problem in the end was the name was a sticker and not painted or engraved, which was a bit disappointing but i can sort that myself.

I got a bobble head of my childhood dog of 18 years that has recently passed away. The detail and effort put into it makes it absolutely uncanny. Everything is spot on to the photos I had sent and I am extremely happy with the result. Thankyou so much :) xx
