This was a gift for a coworker. The communication with the seller was great. Always responsive and attentive to questions and concerns. The reason for the quality star level was they didn't get the uniform correct as in the photo sent and had to make multiple revisions. The face looks exactly like her but the uniform/boots weren't like the photo. Otherwise, we all were happy with the purchase. Planning on getting one for each person in our group as gifts.
