Customer service quick and attentive. Paid extra for more customisation, but feel a wee bit cheated. The bobble figure is great but the stand that the character is on was meant to be the map of the world.... well unless it was painted by a blind 3 year old, I dont think they got it quite right! Doesn't look like the one on the website! Wee bit dissatisfied and disappointed, especially when I'd paid the extra.
Great little gift, I loved the fact that I was contacted throughout to ensure the bobblehead character was to my desired effect. I was sent photos along the way to update me. Quick process for what seems like a very complex process to me. End result I loved it and the recipient loved it, highly recommend.
