Awesome quality! I sent some really bad photos in regards to showing my dads features as it was a present and didn’t want to ask for a picture of his face. And you guys absolutely nailed it! I refused to check if before giving it to him. And we all laughed like crazy! The resemblance was spot on. I accidentally ordered it 3 times and the customer service was brilliant enough to give me a full refund for 2 of them which was greatly appreciated!

I wasn’t sure what to expect in terms of how accurate the bobblehead would look compared to the person it was based off but I was really pleasantly surprised at the quality and attention to detail. I was consulted at each step of making the bobblehead so any changes could be made if needed (which they weren’t) and the final product was perfect and the recipient loved it!

Did have to ask for hair and beard to be darkened when they sent me preview photos but at the end i absolutely love love love it. They kept me updated throughout the process with preview photos so if you need changes, they do it. Very happy. Thank you
