I wanted to leave a positive review so others who are considering using this company know that I have had a superb first time experience
A friend recommended them when I wanted to get a Bobblehead gift for my brother who had turned 60 years young on a golfing holiday in Thailand. I got his wife to take photos of him tee-ing off so was able to provide front and side profiles with the clothes he was wearing on his big day - the shirt was blue with lots of colours on abd I had wishes he had worn a more plain one but did not let on to his wife why I needed them and if he was to ask her to tell him nothing. He never asked and I had 6 images I sent with my order.
The process was really straight forward and each step I was sent photos by Jessica who was making it to see if any changes were required. I liked that she was checking and the few changes I asked to be done were and new images sent. Once I agreed I was happy she went onto the next stage - it started with the head, glasses then added, then hair and the body of which the shirt was exactly the same which I was thrilled about.
Jessica kept in regular contact abd when posted provided me with the tracking code and it arrived very quickly in a smart box abd well bubble wrapped. It looked brilliant and so like him. He does not get back home until mid April so will give it to him then.

To Jessica, thank you so very much for everything you have done. You are very brilliant at what you do so keep up the excellent work as you do make people happy with your skill and eye for detail.

I actually emailed Jessica when it arrived and offered to tip her as I was so impressed but she replied that she would rather I posted a review to let other know of her work which I cannot recommend enough - if you are considering getting a Bobblehead as a gift then you will be very happy with this company and the recipient will be thrilled as it is unique to them and so much more thoughtful as they will appreciate what you have had made.

Amazing communication with updates for the figure and very well packaged!

The company sent regular updates for approval and made changes requested. The finished product was good and a fun gift! Just ensure you order in good time as the process of getting it right takes time and shipping to delivery was slow. Overall a good company to deal with and a novel gift!
