We surprised our officiant with it to ask and he was so excited! Customer service was stellar and very quick with the back and forth keeping me updated. It shipped very quickly and we had a tight deadline so I was thrilled. Definitely recommend!!! All other bobble head shops said shipping was way after what I expected. So that mixed with the quality it was an easy 10/10 experience!

I have to say I was nervous at first doing this, being it's ordered overseas.. Well I was proven wrong, from the start of this process the sculpture reached out introducing himself and explained the entire process to me. Once it started proofs were sent to me for review and approval. There were changes that needed to be made and went above and beyond with the changes and sent proofs each time for me to review and approve before the sculptures were completed.

Bobblehead was a huge hit! My husband thought this was the coolest gift ever. The likeness and the quality were AMAZING. captured every detail. I sent her two photos, one full body and the second one of a close-up of his face. She knew I wanted this rather quickly and it arrived much earlier than expected. Her communication was immediate. Hi, the order and the process all went well, however, I requested a bit of a tummy at the first stage of building along with the facial features but this wasn’t done and when I asked about it I was told it was too late to change! I was disappointed as it was about 2 weeks further on when I got this answer. Other thank that the experience was good.

Ever need anything like, right NOW!? I was kept in the loop during the creative process and it arrived on time. I made so many creative suggestions anyone's eyes would be rolling but they were responsive and courteous. It was a surprise gift and the recipient was very pleased!
