Excellent communication throughout the process. Regular updates to make sure I was happy with the product before moving on to the next stage. The product detail is fantastic and the likeness of the bobblehead to the photos I sent is tremendous. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a customised product like this. the actual bobblehead it's self was great, communication between the company and me with updates, questions etc was great, maybe make it more clearer about how long it will take to be made and shipped out but apart from that it was fantastic
