Good communication from sculptors but item not received

Was going well, lots of communication with sculptors who were very accommodating. Paid extra for speed as it was for a graduation abroad. Didn’t arrive in time so they agreed to forward directly to the address abroad. Still not received a couple of months later. Have emailed company but still not had a reply. It’s very disappointing as I wanted a unique present for my niece and still haven’t gifted her anything.
