Really happy with my product but ended up costing more than anticipated as I had to pay Duty Tax into the UK (I thought it was a uk based company when ordering). Have fed this back to Bobbleheads and suggested they pre warn customers outside of China.

Kept up to date but disappointed

I bought the 23cm figure but was told only 18cm available due to it being a child. No refund has been offered for the extra amount I have paid. There were loads of emails back and forward in relation to the figure which was good but when I asked for the extra to be refunded I have been ignored. It’s left me feeling disappointed and the final result isn’t that great.
