Other reviews noted continued communication throughout the process and I wondered if I would receive the option to make alterations to the model as it was produced but I received no notification and while the item arrived beautiful packaged and the details were correct it didn’t look anything like me. I think the male models are more successful possibly or maybe the models on the website are best work. I was disappointed as this was a gift to myself and cost a lot of money for something I’ll not put up. Great idea but just didn’t work for me
