I got this for my nephew and he loved it. They contacted me very quickly showing their progress. Delivery took about 10 days after final proofing email. Really happy with the service and the bobblehead. Looked very like my nephew.

Was a birthday present 22 days ago, paid shipping protection which is useless, only very occasional replies to emails. no refund. all gone quiet. i would not recommend unless your willing to risk not reciving the goods
